By accessing or using Viewmize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Viewmize is an AI-powered YouTube optimization platform that provides:

  • Video idea generation and content planning tools
  • SEO optimization for titles, descriptions, and tags
  • YouTube analytics and performance insights
  • Keyword research and trending topic analysis
  • Thumbnail analysis and optimization recommendations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. By using Viewmize, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Create content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Use automated systems or bots without our permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Viewmize and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Viewmize. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided via email or through the Service.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to increased views, subscribers, or revenue on YouTube.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIEWMIZE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viewmize and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Viewmize regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Viewmize relating to the Service.
